He is just a breath away. God takes our souls before the physical body dies. Billy knew he was going to heaven, he felt no pain. He felt love and joy and wants only the best for his family and Lisa's family. Michelle, Dylan and Payton, he was with you when he rose to heaven. He will send you signs to let you know he is ok and he wants to go on and be ok, as well. Just ask the angels or God to help you see them. You will know when you do, you may even hear them or feel them, these are God's gifts to us.

This will forever be a sad point in the lives of Billy's family. Our grief is overwhelming and the pain of not having him with us is unbearable. Billy was his mother's Shinning Star and her Pillar of Strength that will not diminish but will be greatly missed. We love you and miss you Billy. I am sure that he will save us all a spot in heaven.
