I remember Frank from from his time on the Madison County Board--he was a member of the Special Service Area Committee. He was a kind and caring person who was always spoke and treated us "girls" with kindness and respect. Please accept my deepest sympathy on your loss and know that he will be remembered in my prayers.

Deepest regrets for the loss of your dad. We were friends for 50 years. I can't think of a better friend than your dad. He was a gem of a man and will be missed by all who knew him. So it's goodbye Frank until we meet again.

Deepest Sympathy to the family. Some of us Granite City girls visited Sara and Frank many years ago and they made us feel like family. God's peace be with you all.

Tony and I had such good times with Frank and Sara. We shared and enjoyed a friendship since high school. I too will miss them both always.
