I just learned of Glenn's passing. A great loss for forensic science. With his prior work background as a firefighter, Glenn had unique and ideal background for the investigation of suspicious fires. He was the leading forensic expert on the investigation of vehicle accidents where airbags had been deployed. Glenn was very gracious and always happy to share his expertise with others. I will miss him.

Though I hadn't seen Glenn in a couple of years, I will remember all the good times playing volleyball at SI. He was our captain and always gave 110% even if he missed the ball sometimes. He was encouraging to everyone and always willing to help if an injury occurred. I will miss his smile and laugh. May you rest in peace and know how much you will be missed.

I am saddened to learn of Glenn's passing. He was very giving of his time to educate students interested in forensic science. I am personally thankful for his help with the Forensic Chemistry course at SIUC thus past spring. His enthusiasm in the classroom excited many students to pursue forensic science. He will be missed. Prayers to his family.
