Jerry came into my life at a time that I was praying for a miracle. He made my life better in more ways than one. For he was a wonderful person. Someone that had a heart of gold. What we had was a true love and he was never a player. He had a lot of friends that will remember him in their own way but I will remember him the most for he was my "bear". Reason being he was very protective as I was protective of him. Living and even in death.
I love you "bear"!!!

Jerry was a cousin and friend. He was a very kind and loving person. If everyone in the world would try as hard as Jerry had the world would be a better place. I will miss not seeing him and talking with him.

I knew Jerry for a long time. He was a very social person, he would talk to people he didn't even know and just have a conversation. Jerry was willing to help people, he was very well known. He was a fixture in upper Alton, downtown, people knew who he was. He loved my mother a lot. He will be missed dearly. Good bye Jerry, may you rest with God, I hope you see your Mother again.
