I am so sad to hear of Belva's passing. "Evergreen" has always been and always will be my favorite book. I have recommended the book many times but would never loan it for fear of not getting it back. Sleep in peace my friend.

I love her books. I just finished two more from my stack of pretty much all of her novels, and was going to see what was her latest.

I, like thousands of readers, will miss her. Her books weren't just romance, but riveting stories. She must have been a wonderful person, so have so much insight into human personalities.
My condolences to her family. God bless you all.

She was a wonderful story teller. "Tapestry" is still my favorite. Her literary talent was colored by the realistic characters she created. My deepest sympathies to all here family.
