Our deepest sympathy's over the passing of Harold. He was a very special person. When ever we met I knew I was in for it!We had a lot of funny moments at the hardware store. He always left me with a smile on my face. He was a good person and a great friend. Never to be forgotten.

Irene and family,
I was saddened to hear of Harold passing. He was for me and several generation of Vermont State Troopers a friend, colleague, partner and role model. Those generation of Troopers were not assigned to Shaftsbury for long before you went to General Cable to meet Harold.
On a personal level, Harold was an inspiration to me. His service to his country, his community and most important his family is something I will carry with me.
Harold rest in peace and God Bless the Marshall family.
I first met Harold when I joined the State Police in 1977. I visited many times over the years and knew him to be a good friend and true American. The world needs more men like Harold.

Irene, Brian, Missy and families,
Harold was a great man who made a difference in so many lives.
As a very young woman, (I was going through a difficult relationship) Harold gave me some advice, that I will never forget. I don't think he even knew how much he touched my life. He has always held a very special place in my heart.
He was a true "Gentle-man" and one of a kind.
I am so very sorry for your loss.
Rest in Peace Harold!
Much love to your families.
Our heart goes out to all of the family. Harold was a truly good person, friend, husband, father and neighbor. He will be missed.

A wonderful man has left this earth. We will always remember the Memorial Day picnics and Uncle Harold's patriotic music blaring from that stereo console Dad and him would carry outside. What memories! Our prayers are with you Aunt Irene, Missy, Brian and your family. We Love You. Gwen, Rick and Linda
Irene and Family,
I'm so sorry for your loss. Harold was a great man, that raised a wonderful devoted family, that was by his side till the end. He was so proud of all of you. Irene, I can only hope I can become half of the loyal, loving, amazing, strong wife that you have been to Harold. It was a pleasure being able to care for him. Debbie, Ro Ro and Kathy now have their Dad with them in heaven.
