1950 - 2015 ARLINGTON Patricia E. Meade, 65, passed away September 10, 2015 at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center. Patricia was born in Freeport, NY on August 11, 1950 the daughter of Robert J. and Theresa (Cubberly) McCarthy, Sr. She received her education in Bellmore, Long Island schools, graduating from Mepham High School. Patricia worked as a Bookkeeper and Innkeeper for many years. She was former president of the Homemakers Club on Long Island, enjoyed needlepoint and cross stitch, and number puzzles and games. She enjoyed traveling along the east coast, enjoyed listening to all kinds of music, dancing, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Kerry of Arlington whom she married February 19, 1994, and her children, Amy Knaack and her husband, Donald, Danny Meade and his wife, Laura, Kerry Michael Meade, Erin Meade and his wife, Liz, brother, Robert J. McCarthy, Jr. of Arlington and grandchildren Danny, Sara, Frank, and Lane, and great-grandchild, Zinn. FUNERAL NOTICE: Visiting hours for Patricia will be held Wednesday, September 16, 2015 from 6 to 8p.m. at Hanson-Walbridge & Shea Funeral Home Arlington Chapel, Historic Route 7A, Arlington, VT. There is no formal funeral service. If friends desire, memorial gifts in Patricia's memory may be made to the charity of one's choice, c/o Hanson-Walbridge & Shea Funeral Home, Arlington Chapel, P.O.
