To the Joseph family - I was sorry to read of Troy's passing this morning. We had attended Mount Anthony, and graduated in 1979. He had helped me out quite a few times with advice when he worked at Aubuchon's Hardware. Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

Troy was my best friend growing up, a memory that came to mind right off was the many fishing trips he and I went on as kids. We would leave my house and walk up the middle of the road with our knives out, in case bears attacked us. Once we got to the secret fishing spot and both of us wearing our hip boots, Troy would be the first to always fall in. We never did catch any fish after that but what a time we had. I can remember taking him hunting with my father and he had his single shot 20 gauge shotgun and we did get many squirrels and rabbits. I spent a lot of time at his house also and the trouble we would get into and his parents going to kill us. Well we knew that wasn't going to happen as they were fun to be with, a big bark and little bite. Then we would be mean to Audra and get into more trouble. He played on our softball team when I worked at Whitman's Feed Store, along with many others. We did not win many games but those we did were against better teams in a different division and if I am not mistaken we had a few beers to assist us. He loved Basketball and Softball so it was always great to have him on the team. His jersey bearing his aka name Flounder. The times we had will always be remembered. Too young to go and a great loss as he was such a good guy. Love you my friend, you will live on in my memory.
