I thought I'd signed his guest book right after this terrible tragedy happened, but do not see it. Just wanted the family to know I remember Benny from our ole days in Wyco, WV. My sincere condolences to his family, and hope that time and memories have comforted you these past years. Laymon Cook, Hopewell, VA

Hey Benny; I am getting ready to send some pictures of you back in our wild days at Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico to your family. I can't believe we ever were so young. I so much enjoyed our time together and you sure made me laugh. It doesn.t get any better than what we had. The seven of us did connect and it was obvious by the way we stayed in touch. Your defintely went out with a bang. The impact that you have had on the world is beautiful but you best thank me when I see you and because I didn,t share my most memorable moment of you with the CBS reporter. I love you Man and will keep in touch with Edith and the family and friends I met. The times we talked and saw each other were quality moments. I learned how to put YOU ALL in my vocabulary. Love YOU ALL. Geno

We love Benny, and are as close knit as the mining community. This being his AIR FORCE buddies: Jim, Gene, Ronnie, Quint, Denny, Eartle. We love you man, and will always remember you and Edith, plus family.
