Mr. Birdsong was one of my favorite teachers at itt. He would tell us stories of when he was a cop and some would make us laugh the whole class. He was one of the best men I was lucky enough to meet. I'm truly sorry for your lost. He will be greatly missed but never forgoten

To the family, be encouraged at this most difficult time. I pray Godspeed unto you all. Don and I met in the early 80s while I was a deputy prosecutor in Little Rock. We maintained contact through the years, and eventually ended up teaching at ITT. He was a good guy...and my friend. I pray God grants you the peace and solace you need.

One of my first college instructors, Mr. Birdsong helped build me into the person I am today. His influence and knowledge molded so many. My prayers are with his family and loved ones. May we never forget.
