I am so sorry to learn of Dorothy's passing. I knew her because she was a great friend of my Mom's - Marion Wieczerzak. She was a part of my life for as long as I remember. I saw Dorothy last summer when she came to visit Mom and once Mom was back in Florida, they kept in touch. Mom passed away in January and I still would call Dorothy to see how she was doing. She was always on an upper and had a great sense of humor. She also would always stop over after she baked at the Veteran's House. She was amazing and will be missed. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

We have such pleasant memories of Dorothy, especially of the times Joe and his dad would stop to see her when they were nearby. It meant so much to Austin to see her. He'd talk about the visit for days! She brought joy to our family and she will be missed.

Friends called her Dot, Dort, Or Dorothy. I knew her as Dodi and Dodo. Whatever name you addressed her as, she was always there to greet you with a big smile and a warm hug. Her love was expressed most prominently in the kitchen where she baked goodies for everyone from her family and friends down to the "nice man who comes and cleans her windows". She was my Aunt. My "Great" Aunt. And she was a wonderful selfless human being who will always hold a very special place in my heart. I know your smiling down on us in Heaven next to Noni Angie and Grampa Patsy. Rest in Piece Dodi.
