To Sgt. Passetto's family - my thoughts are with you and in my prayers and ask the Lord take good care of your son. If there is anything I can do to help you with your awareness cause please let me know. We have been very active in trying to get the word out about how our veterans are not receiving the help they need. We are even trying to open a holistic center.

Ed, I didn't know you very well. The only time we met is when Sabrah and I were stationed at West Point and we made trip up to see Samantha. I just wanted to say that even though we met very briefly, I considered you a brother. You were a Marine and I was a Soldier, but we were both bound by service, honor, and country. We shared some experiences in the same places and we both carried some of that back with us. Not too many people understand that not all war wounds are physical and not all can be seen. You understood this very well and so did I. From one combat vet to another, I just wanted to say it was a honor to able to serve my country along side you and that your sacrifices will never be forgotten.

Ed may you rest in peace. You will forever be remembered. My children speak kindly of you, & remember the paper game you taught them. Thank you for your positive impact on others lives. Thank you for serving our country. My daughter has to write about a hero of war, she has chosen to write about you. You are a hero to more than many. Rest in peace. My sympathy to your family and friends.
