Diane, your Mom and your Dad were such lovely people! I have so many fond memories of playing at your house as a child and your Mom making those amazing cookies--the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever tasted! She was always very patient and kind, and she took such pride and joy in being your Mom! I am glad that you were able to spend such quality time together especially over the last year--such priceless memories!! May she rest in peace.

My condolences on the passing of your beloved Mom. Mike Hood on Pine Grove Drive texted me today to let me know. Your Mom was a very nice person and we shared the same birthday (Sept 6th). Many great memories of her and the whole gang on Pine Grove Drive. You both were fortunate to have had each other. God Bless Mrs. Carey.

I'm so sad. For you Diane. I really liked "mom" and was so thankful I was able to spend some time with you both on her last weekend. Watching the mutual love between you and the smile of pride on her face while you sang. She will be truly missed. Hang in there and take care of yourself. Love you both!
