Uncle Homer was a shining light in all our lives, He will eternally glow in our hearts
October 27, 2016
Dear Monica + Ken, Mark + Jeanie. I am so saddened by the news of your dear dad. My heart is broken that we just learned of this yesterday - our family would have been there for you, all the way. Please know that I love you, and Uncle Homer and Aunt Murph were always loving and kind, an inspiration to me. Please give your mom a huge hug and tell her we are so sorry to have missed the service. He will truly be missed by all.

He served his country, community and family with graciousness and kindness and humility, always with a smile and great dignity.

He is with our Lord now and I am sure he is now being served. May he continue to guide you and smile on your lives.

My love and deepest sympathy,
Cousin Connie

Monica and Mark, I m sad hearing of your Dad's passing. I have so many great memories of him. Turning his gun cabinet around when we had a sleepover in your basement. The In and Out signs so he would know who had gotten home and when to lock the door. He was a good man and a great dad and husband., I keep you in my prayers and wish I could give you a hug.
