She lived a good and long life.
I remember her from the Melrose MA Methodist Church from long ago. I also think of her in connection with the Melrose Public Library.

Dear Donna and Patty,

I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. My family grew up next door to your grandparents, the Nieburs, in North Adams and I remember your grandmother always talking about Melba. As a matter of fact, I think we played together as children when you would visit. My sister lives in South Paris, Maine which I think is close to Gorham. Perhaps when I go there in July we could get together and share some wonderful memories of our families. You can find me on Facebook and that might be a good way to start. My entire family joins me in sending our deepest condolences.

Sincerely,
Ann Cain

Dear Donna and Patty
I was sorry to hear of your mother's passing. She was married to my late husband's uncle and was Aunt Melba to all of us. My husband (Bob Delisle) told me that she wrote to him every week when he was in the service. What a lovely lady she was.

Sincerely
Norma (Mrs Robert H) Delisle
