I am so ashamed of myself for not have kept in touched with one of the most wonderful people that has been in my life. I grew up with her daughter Kathy we were best friends. After moving to Oregon and having my family we lost touch. Ruth and Ron Marshal played a big part of who I am today. Every Friday night I spent with Kathy I was invited to go grocery shopping with them, we swam in there pool, I even went on vacation to Miami Beach one time. Ruth and Ron were more than my best friends parents they were my God Parents. Mr. And Mrs. Marshal we will see each other in heaven and I promise not to lose. Touch again.

Ruth will be very much missed by her lovely family. She raised them very well & had an extremely close bond w/ them. I remember when we went to Dunkin Donuts one morning after church & she told me that she cooked a big dinner for them every Sunday afternoon! I was SO surprised @ how lively & active she was for being almost 80 yrs "young" @ that time!! She even went to the gym & swam @ the pool 5 days a week! I was very impressed by her zest for life & her cheerful outlook on everything! Ruth was certainly a lovely lady who I was extremely privileged to be friends with. She will be greatly missed by many people & we most certainly will miss her beautiful, smiling face @ Mass each Sunday! God bless her lovely family especially, & may Ruth be happy, pain-free & rest in the everlasting arms of our dearest Lord who she loved so very much & His Blessed Mother who Ruth also had a very close bond with also! We will miss your beautiful, smiling face & bubbly personality so much, dear Ruth! Rest in peace, dear friend, till we meet in the heavenly Kingdom Our Father has prepared for us. We shall truly miss you!!!

Barbara,

Not knowing your mother but seeing this photo of her, surely makes me think of you and know how much you must have been alike. And if that is true, what a lovely lady she must have been! Please know I send my thoughts and prayers for wonderful memories shared.

Dear Ruth...I can't quite believe you have slipped away from us. I have so enjoyed serving you and most of all becoming a friend. The last time we spoke, we didn't say goodbye, but prayed together for Father to heal you...and He has. You are now completely healed and with Him. I will miss you very much! I hope your family finds comfort in their memories and the knowledge that you are now at peace with our heavenly Father.
