I will never forget Bill Haast. He took me in when I was sixteen years old and taught me so much during my time with him not just about snakes but about life! See you on the side Sir.

As a young boy at the ripe ole age of 4 years old, and im now 39, i had the great honor and priveledge to meet you and become friends with you when you had the serpentarium off of US1. The lifes you have touched and the lifes you have saved will not go unnoticed or forgotten. God bless you Bill and thank you for the inspirations you gave me which kept me involved in venomous reptiles to this day... R.I.P. BILL..

Bill was a living legend and ground breaking. He beat the odds and lived a long life although he was bitten many times . Maybe his theory about developing immunity via injection of venom worked . He will not be forgotten !!
