Oh Billy. I remember meeting you in Captain Greene's fire operations I class. I was honored to be your partner when we drilled. I remember throwing up after our first practical behind that car. Everyone was laughing at us. Not I, I knew that if I had a partner that gave as much as you did during drills, than in real life situations my back would always be covered. Thank you for the time we had together. Thank you for your service to our country. I am sorry that I couldn't have been there for and with you.
