I am lighting a candle for you my friend. I'm going to miss you so much. My heart is full, but I know that you will be alright because you are with our Lord.
Mavis & Naomi and Family, Dorothy was a very good friend of mine. I just heard the news of Dorothy's passing. I pray that she didn't suffer. Dorothy was a very caring person. I worked with your mom at Albany Medical Center in 1987 and we have been close friends ever since. My prayers are with the family and know that God will wrap his arms around the family to bring you through this difficult time. I will always remember Dorothy as my second mother. We shared some great times together. She was so special that I made her the god mother of my first born child, Fred Graham Jr. I know as Christians we can believe that Dorothy is in heaven with our Lord. As followers of Christ we are promised eternal life when we follow his word. She has earned her wings and now serves as a guardian angel for us all. I will miss my friend dearly. We last spoke around Thanksgiving and I did not know that she was sick. Dorothy always spoke well of her daughters and was honored to be their mother. She always shared with me that she was so proud of her beautiful daughters and their accomplishments. If I had known of her passing I would have love to be at Dorothy's going home celebration. Dorothy was family to me! God Bless the family.
It can be so hard to face the first year without your loved one, but the love of family and friends can carry you through.
