Michelle was a blessing and we are so thankful for her life. She was a shining star on earth and lives on in her wonderful children.
We love you.
Frances Finch Orr
Michelle, I miss you so much especially on Thursday afternoons. I missed you at the fair, but I think you were really there with us. I think of you often. There are so many little girls in the Michelle Farish dance class. You would smile with joy. They love dance, and they would have loved you. We give a special honor in your name at our recital. You would be so proud of the recipients. I am trying to be like you. Love and miss you. Jenny and all of the DMD dancers.
Michelle, it's been a year, we
miss you so much and it still doesn't seem real. 2013 was a year I never want to experience again, just too much sickness, hospitals and you going home. I still don't know why God had to call you home, we needed you here, we all do. You would love Little Dean, he's now a year old, walking, running and getting into everything. Hunter is in fist grade, reading and doing great in math and science, he's so smart like Davie and Stephen. Lauren got married on August 31st. She looked so pretty and it was a beautiful day, even when it rained. The wedding was at the park on the mountain overlooking
our valley. Mother had to be put back in the hospital this morning, her heart is acting up again, welcome her home when she comes to see you and Daddy. We love you baby, always in our hearts and forever in our minds.People have been so good, helpful and just remembering you and all you did for so many. Jenny has 38 in the little dance group, she couldn't believe how many had signed up. Victoria is getting so big, danced at the Shelby Co. fair last night. Nikki is working hard at Bama. She is so much like you. Morgan will finish school in December, then the real work begins. Courtney has been selected as class beauty again this year for homecoming, and made the dance line, one of only three freshmen. My two little hummingbirds are still with us and feeding. They come up to the den sliding glass doors like they are trying to get in. They are so pretty.
Dance my daughter!!! Dance for all of us.
We will miss Michelle's beautiful smile and helping encouragement she gave to so may little girls. May Gods peace that
Passes all our understanding be with you. The Conner family
I know you are at peace; no more pain or sickness. I would prefer that you were still here, but you were called up to blaze a trail for the rest of us to follow. Life is not measured by the number of years, but how well you lived them. Your legacy is all the people that you touched with your infectious smile, moral character and lives you helped shape through dance. Unknown to you is that through your courage and sacrifice, you led me back to God. I have never prayed so hard as I did that final week. I hold no ill will toward God for taking you from us...apparently the angels needed dance lessons! I love you, I miss you, and I look forward to your warm embrace in paradise. You'll always be with me, Big Sis, and my children will know their Aunt Michelle. You have my word.
We all miss you so much. Love you always.
Rest in peace Mrs. Michelle. My daughters enjoyed having her as a baton & dance teacher. She was always very nice and professional. May the Lord comfort and keep your family now and in the future. We pray for continued healing. Keep your faith in the Lord. God Bless!
We were so saddened to hear about Michelle's passing. She was beautiful, and will not be forgotten. Your family will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Nicole, Madeline, and Juliette Rose
Peggy and Ronnie, Lifting up you and your family in my prayers during this sad and very difficult time. I pray for God's peace that passes all understanding to overcome all of you. God's love, grace and mercy have been shown to Michelle by His eternal healing. Please take great comfort in knowing that. Much love.
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
Peggy & Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. May God continue to hold all of you in the palm of His hand, and give you Peace.
Syble Hazelrig Brindley & Joe
Our prayers continue for your family. Words cannot express our sorrow for your loss.
Mrs. Michelle always had the sweetest smile, and was so encouraging to all of the children. Our family enjoyed our time with Dream Makers because of her wonderful personality. She always had an encouraging word and a big smile. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
To the Farish family,
I stood and looked at Michelle, laying in her final place of rest. She was so beautiful, and not the Michelle we saw suffering. I will always remember our dance memories, for there are so many. I will miss our chats. I will miss seeing her pull out a baton from her big bag, for someone who didn't have one, or forgot theirs. I hope we can all become the sweet and bright ray of sunshine that Michelle was to our dance staff and to the dancers whose lives she touched. I will miss you standing by my side in the gym, motioning for me to not open the curtains yet at recital, and running on stage to tie a shoe. I will miss you, but you left your mark on my life. Jenny
Michelle was a very beautiful Spiritually Woman of God,
Wishing there was something we could say, or do to make things easier for you right now......
Hope it will help a little just to know how much we care, and that our loving thoughts are with you
the Chapple Family
God saw the road was getting rough...
the hills were hard to climb~
He gently closed Mrs .Farish lovely eyes
"Peace be thine."
The weary hours....
the days of pain...
the sleepless nights are passed
the ever patient worn out frame
has found sweet rest at last.
She will be forever in your heart
Sorry for your loss, Nick Chapple
So sorry to hear the news today. I am a friend of Denise's and we've been praying and following Michelle's story. We had hoped that she would be blessed with some miracle.

~Dedicated to Mrs. Michelle Farish~
To the person who taught me how to twirl a baton,
the person who always smiled,
the person who cared for others,
the person who could brighten up anyone's day,
the person who is no longer here:
You have caused smiles throughout this world,
you have changed so many lives.
From the tiny dancers you taught,
to the older girls you used to.
Even if someone just met you,
or knew you forever,
you could still make them smile.
16 years we've had you,
and now me must let you go.
We're all going to shed tears,
we'll try to smile for you.
No go teach the angels to dance,
and spread your rays of sunshine to the world.
We are so very sorry for your loss. We will be keeping you in our hearts and prayers.
Celebrating a life well lived. We will cherish the memories forever.
Dave and family, Our deepest sympathies to during this time. You will all be in our prayers. Michelle was such a joy to know and work with and I always knew how much she loved her husband and children through her beautiful smile! She will be greatly missed!!
Heaven gained a beautiful angel today. I can just imagine Michelle dancing with the angels. Michelle taught my "angel girl" to dance. Thank you for sharing your love of dance to so many little girls. You will be greatly missed. Love to the sweet Farish Family.
Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.
Michelle will remain in our hearts and memories forever. We have been blessed to have shared our lives with her as not only a co-worker, but as a treasured friend. She was always a ray of sunshine, smiling and never thinking of herself. She was the sweetest person I have ever had the privilege of calling my friend. We love you and will miss you, Michelle.
You are in our prayers today in the loss of your loved one. We feel your pain and sorrow.
