My Dearest Karen,
I just learned of your death and my heart is broken.I wish we had been in each others lives more then we were. it's too late for that now but some day we will see each other in heaven. I know you are with your mom and that brings me great joy. I think often of the days when we were kids on Grandma and Grandpa farm. you were the kindest and gentlest of souls. until we meet again..Your cousin Debbie!!!!!!

Karen was my cousin. Our families - siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents (there were a lot of us) -celebrated countless holidays and special occasions together in Oklahoma. Being one of the youngest, I spent most of my time with her younger brother Brad, but I always remember Andy with his red hair, and Karen's smile and blonde curls. And I so love father, my Uncle Tom. We kids may have scattered over the years, but I know I've never forgotten who my family is. I know your mother greeted you at the gates of heaven. Be at peace. With much love xo
