Lois was another line for me to Madison through newspaper articles; a delightful partner and opponent at the bridge table; and a good friend. I will miss her! Prayers for the family offered. Jory Wilke

Chris and Family,
So glad I got to spend time with Lois fall 2016. We had a great evening discussing politics, sharing Bedouin Badger times, and eating "Carolina Village take out" which happened to have bratwurst and sauerkraut on the menu that night! Well, we were missing Bert and Duane but we had plenty of laughter and stories. I shared in the Girl Scout time there too, doing crafts at six camp outs on the beach. Still have the commemorative shirt with "5" on it.
Lois had the Saudi flag on the porch for our arrival on one visit! Will miss the annual letter. Loved hearing about travels!

I met Lois and Bert several years after their arrival in Hendersonville. Unfortunately, I lost touch with her several years ago but I always enjoyed visiting with her. She was a sweet wonderful soul. Prayers for each of you as you begin your journey in life with your wonderful memories.
