Judy - So sorry to hear of your loss. Parker was a loving, caring "gentle" man who will be greatly missed. My prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Dear Judy~ I was so saddened to hear of Parkers death. I knew Parker when he worked at Moore Medical and I worked for the Upjohn Company in Consumer Health. I enjoyed his sense of humor, jokes and just genenral good nature. He was a good customer and a good friend. One of the last times I spoke with him he had started his project with the puppies and I knew he had found a fulfilling hobby while sharing his love of helping others! He was a wonderful man. May Gods love and the many years of happy memories of Parker help you find peace at this sad time. ~~ Kathie Jones

Dear Judy, our First Church Family learned about Parker's graduation to Heaven. While we are so happy for him and know he is singing in the choir in heaven (being one of the taller angels in the choir too) we will miss his ever cheery way and genuine kindness to us and others. Parker shined God's light on everyone he met. We are thankful God placed him in our lives for a time here at First Church. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult time. Love, Michelle and Luke Adams xo

I remember all the wonderful get-togethers we had over the years and Parker's wonderful cooking. During my last visit to Hendersonville I recall that he taught me an easy way to peel garlic. He had a wonderful voice and contributed to so many choirs by singing not only in his own churches in CT and NC, but also by helping out choir director friends by joining in their choirs for special occasions. He was a kind, gentle, and warm person and will be greatly missed.
