Wayne was such a wonderful person who I met through a dog rescue group in Kansas City. He was always willing to help and whenever and wherever needed. I will miss him greatly. I was hoping he and Barb could come back to Kansas City for a visit next March. Barb, I am thinking about you every day and offer my deepest condolences during this difficult time.

It was a privilege to know Wayne as a fellow employee at Johnson County, Kansas. He was always cheerful, ready for any task, and uplifting to be around. His relationship with Barb was an inspiration for any married couple and I'm so happy they had so many years together. My sincerest condolences to Barb, family and friends.
