Thanks for the harmonies, Mr. Flanigan. The gorgeous sounds you and your fellow "freshmen" made have never been matched. To this day "The Four Freshmen" remains the greatest vocal group of all time. May you rest in peace.

Will always remember the Freshman and still play their great music today. Saw them several times in concert themselves and with THE KENTON ORCH. They even played DURANGO in 1976 as part of The Community Cocert Series. How about, "IN THIS WHOLE WIDE WORLD", one of my favorites and IS A BLUE WORLD and DAY BY DAY. Sounded so much like the Kenton Orch. Listen close.

Bob Flanigan was a pure musician with a great gift. He will be missed.

Today is truly a sad day for music lovers everywhere. His voice will never be stilled as long as there are Freshmen fans. Rest in peace Mr. Flannigan. My condolences are with your family.

THE FOUR FRESHMAN WERE JUST SO GOOD. I MISSED A FEW CHANCES TO SEE THEM IN CONCERT, BUT I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT SOUND. RIP BOB.
