Words cannot express the pain of losing someone so dear. May the love of those around you help you through the days ahead. Wishing you peace in this sad time. Phillipians 4:6,7

My dearest Aunt Agnes was the last of the greatest generation. She was a private person with her thoughts, but when she spoke she was totally unvarnished and sincere. Love her and miss her.

Aunt Agnes, the "Last of the Mohicans", influenced my life in ways important to the woman I became. To celebrate my graduation from high school, Aunt Agnes took Susan, Agnes and me to the Louisa May Alcott and Emerson homes. There we examined the lives of these icons of American literature through the details of their homes. The day was full of sunshine and elegance, and Aunt Agnes made it perfect. I was sparked with an ongoing curiosity to understand the present though the past. Thank you, lovely Aunt Agnes.

Dear Susan and Agnes,
So sorry to hear about your mother. I remember her from Woburn. She was a lovely woman. Losing a mother is incredibly hard. May you remember all of the good times.
Best to you all.
