I only met the Judge a few times and it was in regard to his technology challenges at his home office. Arthur always had a smile and I was glad to have made his acquaintance. From talking with him during my visits only briefly, I know he leaves a long legacy and many friends. My condolences to the family. LISA SHAPIRO

My sympathy to the Mason family. Arthur was a pillar of the community. His positive attitude and respect shown for his fellow man is something I will always remember. He set the bar for the rest of us to follow.

We met Arthur and Shirley through the Timberwolf Association. Arthur and my father served in the 104th Infantry (Timberwolf) Division during WWII. After my father passed away, we kept in touch with Judge Mason. Without exaggeration, I can think of no two individuals with as much integrity and class as the Masons. May they Rest in Peace after a life well lived.

To the Mason Family:

Please accept our deepest sympathies. The Judge made a tremendous difference in the court and Commonwealth and we were served well by his leadership.

You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Sincerely,

Michael Sullivan
And the members of the Superior Court Clerks Association.
