Dear Rona and Family,
I just learned of Burt's passing and send you all my deepest sympathy. How many people have I known since Bunk 1 at Camp in 1937. It's been 80 years. Then the Trojan Club, Camp Brunonia, Saturday mornings at Wayland CC, the I've League (sadly, Burt had to settle for Yale; isits with you on Cape Cod when Burt was in the Ir Force; New Year's Eve at Nabnasset. I never knew anyone who I admired more than dear Burt, or had greater respect for. Burt was truly an inspiration for everyone who was privileged to know him. His warmth, humor and humility will sustain all of you and we who were lucky enough to have been in his orbit.
Fondly,
Larry Sperber
