To our Brenneman family in Massachusetts.
This recent news has saddened all of us when we learned of David's death. Our sympathy to all at this difficult time.

The Connecticut Brenneman family.

I had the honor and the pleasure of meeting Mr Brenneman and participating to his care when he came at the Mount Sinai Medical Center seeing his sarcoma-doctor, and as a researcher, he was for me a great example of bravery, selflessness and strength of spirit. I was proud to meet him during his therapeutic course.

Dear Brenneman Family, Mina and sweet children, We have not met you, but we are friends of Jen's sister in law Megan. My heart is incredibly heavy for you. I wanted to share a poem that helped me when my brother passed at the age of 22. It helped me and I hope it does the same for you every time you see a butterfly. The Butterfly Poem: A butterfly lights up beside me. And for a brief moment, its beauty and glory belong to our world. But then it flies on again, and although we wish it could have stayed, we feel so lucky to have seen it. We wish you comfort, peace, love and eventual joy again. God Bless. The Annino Family in CT.

To the Brenneman Family: Sadly, I never met your husband; I just found out we both work at the same firm, and live in the same town, with both of our youngest children now starting at the same preschool. From what I have read and heard about him from colleagues, he was a professional and a gentleman. Our family's deepest sympathy for your loss, and our hope that your realize that your are not alone.
