Memory Eternal!
February 22, 2011
Dominic Dimaggio did not know my husband Ralph C. Corless but Ralph knew about Dominic, you see Ralph was born in Methuen, MA inducted into the U.S. Navy, June/1944 he was a Gunner's Mate Third Class, serving on the USS Loeser, receiving the World War II Victory Medal, American Theatre Medal, European African Middle Eastern Medal Point System he was given an honorable discharge on July 1946. the reason I say Ralph knew Dominic is because he loved his Boston Red Sox and there was no one or nothing he did not know about them. Ralph felt Honored that he lived to see his beloved Boston Red Sox become the World Series Champions in 2004. Ralph passed on Jan. 21, 2011 and i'm sure he will be celebrating in Heaven with Dominic and many other friends.

I AM DEEPLY SADDENED TO HEAR OF DOMINIC'S DEATH.
I NAMED MY 2nd. SON(DOMINIC CHARLES DeMAGGIO, B: OCT.05, 1965) AFTER DOMINIC. HE WAS MY HERO OF THE 3 DiMAGGIO BROTHERS. THEY WERE ALL SUCH SWELL GUYS. WHEN I MARRIED INTO THE DiMAGGIO FAMILY IN JAN. 1959, I WAS SOON TO FIND OUT THAT THE ENTIRE DiMAGGIO/DeMAGGIO FAMILY ARE THE SWEETEST & LOVING FAMILY I HAD EVER KNOWN!
I KNOW THAT HIS WIFE & CHILDREN WILL MISS HIM VERY MUCH. MAY GOD BLESS EACH OF YOU,
ELAINE CALLAWAY DeMAGGIO BROOKS
