I was in Dr. Ward's class at Emerson 30 years ago. She started at Emerson in 1959. Think of the things she witnessed. JFK assassination, the Beatles, the civil rights and women's movement, Watergate, the fall of the Berlin wall, 9/11- all while educating her students at Emerson. Rest in Peace. I enjoyed your class, and you lived a remarkable life.

Sincere condolences to the Ward Family in the loss of your loved one. Please find comfort in knowing God is close to the brokenhearted. May God comfort you during this difficult time and give you peace and strength to endure in the days ahead (Jeremiah 29:11,12).

I was an admiring student of Dr. Ward at Emerson College many years ago. I shall miss her intelligence, her personality, and most of all, her quick wit. Be at peace, Dr. Ward.
