Lisa and I worked together at AA. I had moved to another company, Sabre, when she and I were on a project together and then I found out she was retiring. She and I discussed it at length because my husband and I were trying to decide where to retire. She told me all abould Golden, CO so we went to visit the town. She had not moved there yet. I could see why she would love it there with the perfect weather and prestine landscape. She loved outdoors and adventures! Miss her.

I'm shocked and gutted to hear about Lisa's death. She was a force of nature. She brought so many people together, whether hosting us in Wolfeboro or just laughing over beers anywhere in the world. She was warm, generous and principled, and she loved a good time. Her infectious laugh and indomitable spirit will stay with me always. Much love to all Lisa's family and all her other friends.

To the family of Lisa:

I worked directly with Lisa for several years as outside counsel for American Airlines. She was so smart and diligent. She always understood my analyses of the legal issues and risks with clarity and precision, so I never harbored doubt when she made business decisions. When negotiations were tough, I appreciated her wry wit. As I picture her in my mind's eye, she is smiling.

I've heard about many of her travels, but I never knew she was a Dead-head (as is my husband.)

I recognize there is nothing anyone can say to ease your loss. But I think Lisa's adventurous and passionate spirit allowed her to live her life to the fullest, even though it was tragically cut short. She will remain an inspiration to all of us to follow our dreams and enjoy the journey.

Sending love from Dallas-
