DINEEN, Genevieve "Gene" (Tomershea) Of Walpole formerly of Canton, Norwood and Naples, FL passed away on September 17, 2017 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of Joseph T. Dineen. Devoted mother of Paul J. Dineen and his wife Deborah of Norwood, Janet E. McCormick and her husband Kevin of E. Walpole and Anne Marie Mercuri and her husband Nick of Gilford, NH. Sister of the late Stanley "Sonny" Tomershea. Cherished grandmother of Michael P. Dineen, Julianne D. McDonough, Patricia J. Mee, Jessica M. Dineen, Kristina M. McCormick, Lauren E. Mercuri and Joseph E. Mercuri. Also survived by many Nieces and Nephews. Gene was a graduate of Norwood High School and then went on to graduate from Norwood Peabody School. She was a member of the Bonita Art League of FL and a member of the Ladies Golf League at Lost Brook and Quail Run Country Clubs. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home, 1248 Washington St., NORWOOD, Friday September 22, 2017 at 10 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Catherine of Siena Church, Norwood. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 4-8 p.m. At the request of the family burial will be held at a later date.
