MACONE, Vincent F., Sr. Age 83 of Stoneham, formerly of Somerville, passed at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He leaves his beloved wife of 63 years, Mildred (Ryan). Devoted father of Vincent Jr. and his wife Janice of Stoneham, Thomas and his wife Debra of Stoneham, William and his wife Frances of Medford, John and his wife Leslie of Stoneham and the late Barbara Jeanne. Loving grandfather of Rebecca, Michael, John, Sarah, Andrea, Stephen, Brian, Jonathan, Jenna, Jared and Janelle. Cherished great-grandfather of Emily, Michaela, Matthew, Ashton, Cameron and the late Jack and Olivia. Brother of Ann and her husband Mario Patacchiola, Natha and her late husband Bernie Cristoforo, Mae and her late husband William Kervick, and the late late USAAF Staff Sergeant Francis V. Macone and Salvatore and his wife Mimi Macone. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Cota Funeral Home, 335 Park St., (corner of Park St. and Rte. 62), NORTH READING, at Reading line, on Tuesday, March 26 at 8:30am. Funeral Mass in St. Patrick's Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham at 10am. Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home Monday 4-8pm. Interment Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the VNA of Middlesex-East Sawtelle Family Hospice House, 320 Haverhill St, Reading, MA 01867. I was so very sorry to hear about Vincent's passing, although I'm sure he is in the place where we all want to be someday. He was such a wonderful person and treated everyone like family.
