I was very sad to hear of Frank's passing. I worked at SEAS for 37 years and got to know Frank when we helped organize the Christmas parties.
What fun we had during the planning stages for those parties. Frank was a wonderful caring man. Always had a smile and a funny story. My sincere condolences to his family.

I am a good friend if his daughter Jen and my heart feels for her and all of his children, wife and family and friends... I to know of the loss of both parents and want to lett my gf Jen know that she is loved and thought of. My memory of her dad is when she told me of how he was an adoring grandpa to Francesca especially with her swimming lessons! He wanted to make sure that she had the right floats for her in the pool! Lol! .

I also have fond memories of Frank from my days as a graduate student in the late 70's. But it was great to see him every year at our oldtimers' softball game and party. I will miss that wonderful laugh.

My graduate years in McKay Laboratory were immeasurably better because Frank was there. He was incredibly patient and understanding with all of us graduate students. Frank provided us with humor, wisdom, and a wonderful perspective on life, as well as support in our research. He also told the best stories. After hearing about Frank's feast of the seven fishes for Christmas each year I wanted to be adopted into a big Italian family, at least for one day. My husband Bilal and I send out our condolences to Priscilla and to all of Frank's family.
