Dear Fran
Please accept our sympathy -- Fred will be sadly missed at Oceana. He was a kind and wonderful person and had a good sense of humor. He will be missed.

I am sorry to hear of Fred's passing. I worked with and for him at Ciba Corning for several years in the late 80's early 90's. He was always so kind and funny. Always willing to impart wisdom and give advice but could then tell a joke or story that would have me laughing. I most remember his wicked sense of humor. I have thought of him often over the years and a smile follows. I am sorry for your loss Peter and family. - Lisa (Cintolo) McTeague

I have many wonderful memories of Uncle Freddy. He was such a positive, happy and caring person. He did love to tease all of us! I am grateful Laura, dad and myself got to visit recently and reminisce. He will be missed. Thinking of you Fran, Pam, Peter and Ricky.
