Dear Mr. Parish - my sincerest condolences to your family. After my dads recent passing I understand the grief, confusion, sadness and longing for you - that your loved ones are feeling. God is holding your hands for sure. I am blessed to call your son Tom - a dear friend of our family. Please know that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers and may God bless them with the peace in knowing that you are watching over and protecting them. Rest in peace Mr. Parish. Sincerely, Michael Kalajian

This is Uncle Gene with his brother, Hal Parish, and family. July 2001.

I already miss Uncle Gene's soft, resonant voice, and his ready smile. He was an amazing man; smart, interested in everything, and loving. He had many talents and hobbies, but I knew him best as a fun uncle and excellent host. I offer my deepest sympathies to his wonderful family, who must be feeling so lost without him.
