GLEN MORIN Obituary
Major (USA Ret.) Age 63, of Valrico, Florida, formerly of Massachusetts, passed away January 30, 2015, at Lifepath Hospice in Sun City Center, FL, following a short, but fierce battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife Olga Janeen, sons Matthew & his wife Gina, David, and Thomas; grandson Dylan; brothers James & his wife Patricia, and Gary; sisters Anne & her husband Carl, and Gail & her husband Joseph; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fernand and Pascaline (Boudreau) Morin. Glen was born September 26, 1951, in Cambridge, MA. He was a graduate of Rindge Technical High School and Anna-Maria College. Glen retired to Florida in 2002 after serving 30 years as a member of the Massachusetts Army National Guard, including 20 years on active duty. A former Boy Scout himself, he volunteered for 10 years with the Boy Scouts of America Troop 665 of Brandon, FL. Memorial services will be held at Bay Pines National Cemetery in St. Petersburg, FL, February 27, 2015, at 12:30pm.
