Rico was one of a kind. A very gentle and kind person.

As children together we enjoyed many happy times at Aunt Rose's house.
I am sure that he is in the hands of our Lord.He was as close to a Saint as you can get. He will be sorely missed.
God bless and keep you, Rico.
Your Loving Cousin,
Joe Moscillo (Sebring Fl.)

You were always so nice to me and my brother when we would come over to visit you and your mom (our "Great-Granny") when we were little. You were the very example of patience, kindness, love, and dignity. Rest in peace Uncle Rico.

It has been over 40 years since we had contact. Who could forget that smile – he always had a smile on his face. His soft-spoken, gentle and helpful demeanor would be forever remembered. He (Rico), Bro, my brother Tony, cousin Guy, and best friend Libby, spend a lot of precious time together, cleaning the Church aisles, going for a drive in his car, his taking us to the drive-in, and buying us ice cream. He was like a ‘living' saint to us – always caring, sharing, so honest, genuine, and thoughtful. Without fully realizing at the time (as a kid), Rico was a priceless friend and supporter. He has touched us all. May the Lord bless and keep him.

Rico was a role model for my brother and I, always finding the time to take us for ice cream and special treats along with Brother Christopher Nix. A real gentleman who treated us like his own children. We became better men and fathers because of his care and guidance. Thank you Rico.

Rico had the patience to keep 15-20 8-12yr boys busy every year setting up the Nativity scene in front of the convent. I never heard or saw any anger in Rico and think he is on par with Matt Talbot for his prayer life.

I remember you as a very gentle person who was always praying. RIP Uncle Rico.
