I have never met anyone like you. You were a true original. You were old school in a great way. Your passion and love of dancing was unforgettable to anyone who ever had the pleasure of seeing you in action, and New Years Eve will not be the same without your joie de vivre.
It was an honor to get to know you at the end of your great run. Godspeed.
GOD BLESS YOU FRANK AND LOUISE..OUR NEIGHBORS SINCE 1962, WHEN WE BOUGHT #36..YOU WERE TRUE FRIENDS..WE ARE HAPPY YOU WERE ABLE TO VISIT AND STAY WITH US HERE IN FT MYERS. WE WILL MISS YOUR SMILE...REST IN PEACE.. SEAN AND MAUREEN
Dearest Frank, You will be sorely missed in your beloved neighborhood. It was a great ride..
Love, The Cugginos
I never thought this time would come! Mr. Neill was always driving through the neighborhood with his landscaping equipment...never seeming to miss a day of work and was so kind to us "kids" that grew up on Hillside. Always stopping to shake hands with us and making sure we were "being good". He was certainly the one to be looked up to...kindness beaming through his smile, and the sly grin we would get when he'd say he was off to the singles dances at Mosely's. Rest in sweet peace Mr. Neill...you will always be the heart of Hillside.
We will dearly miss our great friend and neighbor. Frank truly was the heart of our neighborhood. You may be gone from Hillside Rd but you will never be forgotten. Rest in peace Mr. Neill.
