Dear Mrs. Freche and Family,
I just learned of Mr. Freche's passing, and I wanted to express my heartfelt sympathy to you. I had the pleasure of working with Mr.Freche on a special assignment when I worked at New England Telephone Company. In fact, I wrote the speech that he delivered at Governor Michael Dukakis's prayer breakfast for CEOs regarding minority recruitment for management and executive level positions in Massachusetts. It was a pleasure to work with him to make sure the speech reflected his passion and commitment to the topic. He was a compassionate mentor and role model. I will forever cherish the time I spent with Mr. Freche. Sincerely, Mildred Allen

It was a pleasure to work closely with Mr. Freche until the speech reflected his integrity, passion and commitment to the topic. He was highly principled, kind and gracious. I will forever cherish the moments he spent mentoring me. He was a classic example of someone who rose to great heights in his career without losing his humanity and compassion. Sincerely, Mildred Allen
