Jack was one of my best friends. He spent several years with his wife, Marion here in So. Florida & after her death, continued to come for three months every year until this year. He will be missed by me & many, many friends he met over the years. Rest in peace, Jack.
Dear Steve (and family), I'm so sorry to hear you lost your Dad. I had no idea he worked for the Boston Globe for so many years. My Dad, who I lost in 2011, also worked for the Globe before and after his service in the Korean War. For 58 years. I'm sure they must have been aquainted. My heart goes out to all of you. I know how hard it is to say good-bye. Keeping you in my thoughts. Take care.
