Jack Rockart inspired me to concentrate my MIT Sloan School masters degree in information systems. I remember him well as a supportive and encouraging teacher who had a significant impact on my career.

Hello, Elise -- I am so sorry to learn of the loss of John.
A our WGHS reunion, we talked about connecting. I'd like to do that.
My very best wishes.
Dear Elise, I am so sorry to hear of Jack's passing. It was truly an honor to know and work for him. He was a very caring and kind human being. The world has lost a great son, husband, father, grandfather, friend, boss and genuine person! Julie
Please accept our condolences on Jack's passing. He was an extraordinary man and I am very grateful to have known him. Jack was a gifted teacher and a wonderful role model for integrating academics and business into a coherent whole at the Sloan school. I am personally very grateful for Jack's efforts on my behalf in writing a graduate school reference for me. Jeanne and I are even more grateful for the kindness and decency you and Jack have shown us throughout our lives. We look forward to celebrating his life tomorrow with you. With love - John and Jeanne Swen
