The family of Bob and Robin Wynot just found out about John's passing and we send our apologies for not making it to the wake, and we're sorry for your loss. We had a lot of fun with the Gauthiers growing up. He will be missed.
Jack, Joanne and girls. Although we didn't know John well, we loved his humor and outgoing personality, he was simply an all around great guy. He will surely be missed, but always in your hearts.
He was the coach with patience to try and teach me how to swim. He has a great family, and I will always remember him.
Jack, Joanne and Girls - I am so sorry for your loss and wish I could have given my condolences in person. May your dad rest in peace.

Although I don't know him, as the granddaughter of a USMC WWII Marine I understand and greatly appreciate the sacrifices Mr. Gauthier made for all of us. This world is truly a better place because of him. My grandfather also served on Saipan, Tinian and Iwo Jima. I wonder if they ever knew each other.
God bless the soul of Mr. Gauthier and may his family find comfort and peace.
We have been fortunate enough to be part of many of your get togethers over the years, and have have witnessed the true meaning of "family". We believe your Dad and Mom were the leaders, and you have all certainly made them proud by bringing up such beautiful, respectful, and grounded families. You will ALWAYS have memories and stories to share of PAPA, and you must know how proud he must be of all of you. He raised a wonderful, and dedicated family. May he rest in peace .
