Peter was a great guy. I had no idea he was an avid outdoorsman and environmentalist or I would have had so much to talk to him about. My loss. I was a BAGB colleague
Peter, Amy C, Alan T, and I shared a house in New Market, NH during college. When I think of people in my life who've set stellar examples, Peter is at the top of the list; always caring without being too heavy. He was one of my dearest friends during those impressionable years we'd go hiking, study together, listen to live music. I just heard of his passing and, although we've been out of touch for many years, I've been deeply affected. I can only imagine how you, his closest family are feeling. So sad, my heart goes out to you.
I was reminiscing about Peter with my family last night - one of the images that really stands out the most is that Peter would always (unassumingly) pick up trash he found scattered on the ground and put it in his pocket to later dispose of properly. This had an impact on our 17 year old daughter! This is how I remember Peter, a good man (even at that young age) who knew his place in the world was to do good work and modestly set an example for others to follow. May his memory be blessed. So many will miss you, Peter, thank you for the opportunity to have known you and been affected by your quiet wisdom and humor.
Dear Feuerbach family, I'm so sorry hear of PETER's passing, he was a great friend way back, some of my best young years were with PETER! My deepest condolences to all of you,
My most sincere and deepest condolences. The true test of a life lived well is being missed when you are gone. Peter will be dearly missed. RIP PJF!
May you rest in peace; my deepest condolences to the Feuerbach
family, you were one of the first people I befriended back at chats -worth elementary school.
Our deepest thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Feuerbach family. Hearing the news Saturday morning from Fred & Renee was a shock. My next call was to my brother Jere who knew Peter well. He was stunned. So sad to see good people who come from great families leave this earth so early. May God Bless him and his family.

Years and miles cannot dissolve the bonds of friendship and community forged so long ago. All my family sends prayers and thoughts to the Feuerbachs at this difficult and sorrowful time.
Peter was a member of the Assoc. of Mass. Wetland Scientists, and dealt with many of our members professionally over the years. He was a speaker at our 2009 Annual Meeting, and kept us informed with his periodic real estate law-related emails. We join the many who have expressed condolences, and think of him with utmost respect.

You have my heartfelt condolences for the loss of your husband. May God strengthen and comfort your family during this difficult time. (Psalm 147:3)
I am so shocked and saddened at this unexpected tragedy, as I sit in a Rehab Hosp after a hip replacement operation. (So obviously I won't be able to be at the services.) I didn't even know he was in his 50's, he was just such a beautiful, enthusiastic young person whom I, and all others who knew him, liked and admired -- and his work ethic! My thoughts are with all his family and loved ones on this saddest of days.
