I worked with Rand only a short time as a consultant on a legal matter. In that short time I realized what a nice person he was and extremely competent. He was particularly proud of his family and told us about leaving his position at Watt to raise his son. Few men will put family before their profession and it speaks volumes about him as a father and husband. I wish I had been privileged to know him longer.
Rand was a kind and gentle man who taught me much by example. He always was happy to hold my babies and give me a few moments of peace in this hectic world. I pray for Cuyler and Angie, but I know that Rand is at peace - truly a faithful and good man who will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Beth Anderson-Song
Rand will be missed. My thougts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
I miss you my friend. You were my mentor, my inspiration but most of all you were my friend. Sadly it is true that only the good die young.
May God watch over your beloved Angie & Cuyler
The world and the plumbing industry lost a good man, but more importantly, his family lost a husband, father, son and friend. My family's thoughts are with you in this sudden loss; may you find comfort and strength in one another to get through this difficult time. And may Rand rest in peace.
We are so sorry. This is just so sad. There are no words we can write to to ease your pain. They can be a subtle comfort at best. Our deepest compassion does't come close to the depth of your loss. Know, though, he is still with you and always will be, just in a different way. Love is our true being and that never dies. Grieve fully, with faith and heal. If my family can help you, other than with our prayers which you already have, we are here for you. God bless you all.

Dear Angie and Cuyler,
We are so sad for the two of you and your families.....we know your memories are many; happy, fun, creative, gentle, kind, committed and Godly. We are very aware of Rands committed relationship with The Lord; he not only talked of The Lord but he lived his life as The Lord would have him do; so generous, loving, giving and a joy to be with.
Our prayers are with you.

Angie and family, I have enjoyed Rand and his stories of cars lining the streets just to look at the entry lights of your new home. I have enjoyed Rand so much, my heart and prayers go out to all. Rand will surely be missed by all. Sincerely, Wayne Harrison
A great and gentle man who will be missed by many. We are sorry for this loss and will include his family in our prayers. RIP.
Angie & Cuyler - My deepest condolence to both of you on sudden loss of a husband, father and most importantly a friend. Rand will be missed by everyone and especially his sharing of choclates and M&M's during the meetings. My prayers are with you and your families. Randy rest in peace.
This is sad news and too many years too soon.
I had the pleasure of working, in Backflow Assembly and Test, with Randy for many years at WATTS. I remember him being quiet and kind..but assertive. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. He will be missed by all who knew him personally or knew of his knowledge in the field of plumbing and heating.
Rand was a true ambassador and technical specialist to the plumbing industry. The voice of best practice and product performance through his role at PDI, I worked with Rand on numerous occasions over the last 7 years. Rand was always on the go but equally, there to answer questions and provide direction. Rand you will be sadly missed. Rest in peace.
Too early, Rand will always be a much respected person in my books. I learned so much from our short time together- his patience, technical knowledge and keen perspective was always appreciated. I can only mourn the loss for the industry, his family and friends.
Although I didn't know Rand's family- they are in my prayers.
Angie - My thoughts and prayers go to you, Cuyler and your family. I was saddened and shocked to hear about Rand's passing - please know that I am thinking about you during this difficult time.
What a wonderful man -- kind, thoughtful and talented -- as well as a devoted husband and father. He will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with Angie, Cuyler and the rest of his family.
You'll always be a special person and your memory will be remembered. Rest in peace.
What a great man. I would often call Rand for advice and he always had the answer. I will miss him dearly. My thought and prayers are with his family.
