Susan was a wonderful person and a very positive influence for all of us at TSA. I am praying for her family and friends during this difficult time. Be strong and know she is in God's hands.
You were not just my co supervisor; you were my friend and mentor. We became friends in 2002 and I learned so much fom you. We started this journey almost 12 years ago and even though it was not what we expected; you turned a bad situation around; always seeing the positive in people; always giving them the benefit of the doubt. You looked for the good in everyone. You were the strongest woman/person I have ever met. You dealt with the worst situations with humor, patience and grace. You will always be one of my heros. You did so much for people without asking for anything in return. You gave of yourself endlessly and you were always trying to right every wrong. In our last phone conversation in October. You told me "I love what I do. I'm getting back to working with the officers. I'm right where I need to be." I'll be forever grateful because I got to know you for almost 12 years. You're an angel now, looking over all of us, but especially the son you adored. You will be missed by so many people. I will miss you my friend.
May you rest in Peace, and my memories of you will always be with me. My thoughts to your son that I would see daily at Logan.
