Bill was a terrific family friend, a best friend to our father, a regular at our poker table... always ready to laugh, support, talk and share. Thank you Bill!
Bill lived in our neighborhood for 10 years. So sorry I just found out. My son loved him and looked for him daily. Prayers are with the family.
Bill, Vic, and Ed are all up there visiting and eating popcorn. Bill always made the popcorn when they went to "Doc's" on Thursday nights! I can hear them all laughing!
Lil I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He was a good man. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Joani
Thank you Bill, for being such a wonder dear friend to my father. Dad (Doc) always spoke so foundly of you, as he would speak about very few others in his life; with an honor, repect and deep fondness and love.
One of my fathers longest and dearest friends - Edward H. Riley (Doc) Bill, Fred H. (First to pass), Ed R. (My father), Vic S., and this dear group of brothers final member to be with the Lord. That you Bill and Lill for being such great friends to my father. I will always think foundly on the Thusday night gatherings I crashed, just to listen to the wonderful rememgrence stories spoken over the two beers that they would sip on for hours. They were truly the best of friends, that endured the test of time. If you need anything, I am a phone call away.
All my Love, Ed Riley
My heart goes out to Mr. Wayes family. I met Bill playing cards at the Prokowiew house, and found Bill to be an incredible class act. He was great to talk to.
