So sorry to hear of Hank's death. He was a very admired and respected member of the Class of "63. My husband, Kevin, spoke of him often and wgith affection while reminiscing about his Holy Cross days. Sincere condolences to those who knew and loved him. May your happy memories keep him close to your hearts as you adjust to this significant loss. Anne Lawler

Mr. Cutting was one of my favorite teachers at Catholic Memorial. He encouraged me to pursue my ambition to become a military officer, when many people thought I did have what it took. I don't think he was disappointed when I got my commission in the Army and not the Marines, like he suggested. My deepest sympathy to the Cutting Family. -Bill Gormley, COL US Army (Retired) CM Class 1982

I was a Secretary at BHS. Hank was a perfect gentleman, marvelous person and above all a great friend. With my sincere sympathy, Mary Langdon

I had the privilege of being one of Coach Cutting's students and players during my years at CM between 1988 and 1992. I was a young, confident student athlete but Coach Cutting taught me humility and demonstrated true leadership that I learned from and hopefully absorbed. I will forever be grateful to a man that taught me so much about football and life. He taught me how to summon my very best and to do it consistently. Now a family man and professional I still remeber the lessons coach taught me and try to deploy them in my everyday life. I'm not sure how to properly thank a man that had a significant positive impact on my life as a student athlete at 16, 17 and 18. Perhaps I can pass along one of what he taught me.
Thank you coach. Rest In Peace my friend. I will miss you.
Ed Raffoni - CM 92.
