Some old friends of Jimmy from AZA Mattapan days ,Bob Zalvan, Al Deitch,Rich Yarmaloff, Greg Diermenjian, and Jimmy's dear friend Larry Harmon met for dinner last night and toasted to Jimmy's memory. RIP our friend.

I met Jimmy in the Sixties. He was part of a group of us who lived or hung out at an apartment on Buswell St. in Boston in 1969. He always had a big heart and a certain glow from inside. He was witty and funny and kind to everyone. He knew how to make you feel better about yourself. My condolences to his family.

I knew Jimmy since elementary school in Mattapan. We were in the AZA together and played sports together in high school. As Bob said we got together for dinner a couple of times in the last 5 years. It was great to see him. He was always such a happy & fun guy who laughed easily. Rest in Peace my friend and condolences to the family.
